Be Better Fam is a lifestyle brand that believes in motivating, inspiring and encouraging through powerful messages. We focus on values and believe that the "value" is the most important aspect of our lives that should be integrated in all segments of life.

Our headquarter (where all of the design is happening) is located in Vancouver, Canada, while fulfillment centers are spread around the world to make shipping faster and more efficient.

SHIPPING

Yes. Orders are normally shipped within 2-7 business days of being ordered. Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page. Please take up to 24 hours for the link to become active.

While we do all of our design in-house, we do not manufacture. For each of our goods, we collaborate with professional producers and craftspeople.

MISCELLANEOUS

We don't, but we will have bundles of 3, 5, and 7 items in the near future that could be used to pick any of the designs and variants you like and obtain a discount. 

Unfortunately we don't offer customization as all of our messages/designs are carefully written and created and products on which those messages/designs are placed are carefully chosen.
